We train our housekeeping teams thoroughly, with detailed cleaning checklists and regular inspections. And, we support them with the tools they need to be effective — from cleaning supplies to our housekeeping app that guides them in the clean and ensures everything is completed on time and to our standards.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic we have been taking proactive measures and implemented additional procedures that go above and beyond our already high cleaning standards.
This includes ensuring we are adhering to the guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and have confirmed the products being used to clean every property is on their list of approved products and disinfectants.
We are also closely monitoring these resources to stay up-to-date as new information is provided to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Quality control with comprehensive inspections.
A clean is not complete without a detailed inspection afterward. An inspector from our quality control team visits after each clean to ensure your property is spotless, fully stocked, and items are exactly where you want them. They follow a thorough checklist to make sure everything is ready for your next guests — including checking appliances, lights, electronics, and amenities specific to your home (like pools and hot tubs).
Along with documenting their findings through an app, our inspectors also take photos throughout your home while they are there to ensure nothing is missed.
To give you additional peace of mind and to provide full transparency, a PDF inspection report is available in your owner portal to you after each inspection that goes over both housekeeping and maintenance findings.

Guests notice the details. Fresh sheets and fluffy towels mean better reviews, more bookings, and more rental income.
Our Linen Program has shown to be less expensive and time-consuming than buying your own setup. With a one-time setup fee, we stock your home with two sheet sets per bed and an ample supply of towels, based on occupancy.
The program includes annual replacement of all linens. But if our housekeeping or quality control teams notice anything that needs to be replaced sooner, it’s on us.
